We collect your email address (for invite-only sign-in), and the congregation data you enter — such as member names, assignments, meeting times, and events. We also collect basic technical logs needed to operate the Service securely.

We use your data to provide the Service: authenticating you via one-time sign-in links, displaying and sharing schedules within your congregation, and maintaining a change history. We do not sell your data.
4. Storage and processors
Data is stored with our infrastructure provider, Supabase, and protected by row-level security so members only access their own congregations. Email delivery is handled by our email provider.
5. Retention
We retain congregation data for as long as the congregation remains active. Deleting a congregation permanently removes its data.
